DMCA Policy

Guerre Liban Trauma respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed on Guerre Liban Trauma, please provide a DMCA notice to our Designated Copyright Agent containing all of the following information:

Filing a DMCA Notice

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work: A detailed description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  2. Identification of the infringing material: A description of the material that you claim is infringing and where it is located on Guerre Liban Trauma (e.g., the specific URL(s) of the page or content).
  3. Contact Information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. Statement of Good Faith Belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on Guerre Liban Trauma was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include the following:

  • Identification of the removed material: The specific URL(s) of the material that Guerre Liban Trauma has removed or to which access has been disabled.
  • Your Contact Information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Statement of Good Faith Belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Guerre Liban Trauma may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Physical or Electronic Signature: Your physical or electronic signature (e.g., typing your full legal name).
